Current company, experience years, ServiceNow modules, certifications, job status, resume/CV (PDF), last working day, notice period

Community Data (if you submit)

Hiring experiences, notice period reports, and related employment details

Usage Data (automatically collected)

Page interactions, job views, applications submitted, device type, browser type, IP address (in server logs)

4. How We Use Your Data

5. Legal Basis for Processing

  • • Recruiters: When you apply to a job, the recruiter can see your profile information (name, experience, resume, contact details)
  • • Service Providers: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting) — both under data processing agreements
  • • Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect our rights

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of phone numbers at rest, HTTPS in transit, and access controls via Supabase Row-Level Security. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Inactive accounts (no login for 2+ years) will be anonymized — personal identifiers removed, while anonymized skills/experience data may be retained for aggregate analytics. You can request deletion at any time.

9. Your Rights

Under DPDPA 2023, you have the right to:

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
